Oracle Developer

Provide a short description of the Position: These resources are needed to continue to work on Phase II of the PARTS project, which is focused on re-designing the current antiquated Mainframe solution for the Lottery Application and replacing it with a new Oracle based solution.
Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: Studies the software application domain, prepares software requirements, and specification documents. Liaises between the software users and the software developers. Conveys the demands of software users to the developers including general system design, coordination of changes, and unit and integration testing of programs, as well as guidance and mentoring of other staff.
