Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating office and shop activity and relay customer expectations.
- Assist in developing and executing small project plans.
- Complete milestones on time and within budget, work with the cross-functional team to ensure deliverables.
- Review data from customers, suppliers, and create reports.
- Coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor performance of vendors.
- Supporting management of material for launch and production.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience (required):
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No experience required.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (required):
- Detail oriented, effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Good customer service skills, reliable attendance and ability to work overtime.
- Ability to follow directions, learn new skills and technologies, multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to compile lessons learned for continuous quality development.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (preferred):
- Advanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
