Manufacturing Operator I

Job Responsibilities- Clear residue from buckets and nozzles using air blowers.
- Load and wash parts in the part washer.
- Complete all required documentation for each part and work order.
- Maintain company-supplied tools and measuring instruments.
- Adhere to production and quality standards.
- Report any unusual problems or conditions to the supervisor.
- Follow company safety rules and regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts.
- Commitment to wearing personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and safety shoes).
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual).
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
- Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to understand written instructions and follow verbal instructions for assembly tasks.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Experience with computerized shop floor tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
