We are seeking a hands-on Genesys Administrator / Engineer with strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX and/or Genesys Engage platforms. The ideal candidate will support the migration of 30+ physical branch locations to Genesys, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure a smooth transition and stable post-go-live operations.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of contact center technologies, along with experience in administration, configuration, testing, and deployment within a CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure Genesys Cloud CX / Genesys Engage environments
- Design, configure, and maintain IVR call flows using Genesys Architect
- Manage ACD routing, queues, skills-based routing, and call distribution strategies
- Support telephony integration (SIP, VoIP, hard phones, softphones)
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and conduct solution demos
- Perform user administration and profile management
- Support CRM and third-party integrations using REST APIs
- 6 8 years of experience in contact center technologies
- Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage
- Solid understanding of:
- ACD (Automatic Call Distribution)
- Omnichannel routing (voice, chat, email, etc.)
- IVR design and call flows (Genesys Architect)
- SIP/VoIP telephony systems
- Experience in large-scale contact center migrations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
