Job Description:
- To assemble and prepare product according to quality standards.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures to include proper use of required PPE.
- Use pneumatic tools safely.
- Paint product in a paint booth environment adhering to safety protocols.
- Use epoxy to prepare product.
- Change out cylinders, paints, etc. as needed.
- Follow start-up, cleaning, and shut-down procedures for epoxy and paint guns.
- Participate in physical inventory activities.
- Utilize lift assistance to handle products weighing more than 50 pounds.
- Maintain 6S and Lean Manufacturing standards.
- Standing or walking for long periods of time.
- Manually handling up to 20 pounds often by lift.
- Manually handling up to 50 pounds occasionally by lift.
- Occasionally push/pull up to 100 pounds on conveyor.
- Extensive work with hands requiring good hand dexterity and repetitive motions.
- Bending, stooping, reaching occasionally.
- Use of potentially hazardous chemicals.
- Work in a small space.
Must Have:
- Ability to read and interpret specifications, plans, drawings, shop aids, instructions, and examples
- Meet fit test requirements for respirator use.
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
