Scientist HPLC & Dissolution Testing

Job Description

We are seeking a Scientist HPLC & Dissolution Testing to support analytical method development, qualification, and routine testing within a dynamic laboratory environment. This role will work closely with client scientists and play a key role in executing chromatographic and dissolution-based assays.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC and USP dissolution testing, along with strong technical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine analytical testing on submitted samples using HPLC, GC, and dissolution methods
• Support method development, optimization, and qualification activities
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and assist in resolving basic method-related issues
• Serve as a backup analyst across additional analytical techniques
• Provide feedback to client scientists on assay performance and improvements
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and support general lab organization
