TechSilo is looking for an Admin Support / Project Information Specialist to provide mid-level administrative, project information, and records management support across USTDAs Information Resource Center operations. In this position, you will support a wide range of operational and administrative functions that help ensure the agency runs efficiently and effectively. You will play a key role in maintaining information systems, improving internal processes, supporting staff with training and technical assistance, and ensuring records, reports, and administrative programs are managed accurately and on time. This is a proposal-based opportunity, and TechSilo is makingcontingent offers nowfor inclusion in an upcoming proposal; employment in this role is contingent upon contract award.

On a given day, you will spend time:

  • Supporting the development, implementation, and improvement of organizational and administrative policies, procedures, and workflows.

  • Managing records and information systems, including project report libraries, document repositories, and records retention processes.

  • Providing administrative and operational support for travel management, office management, facilities coordination, and related internal service functions.

  • Creating, editing, and maintaining presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Setting up and supporting conference rooms, board rooms, and training rooms, including hands-on audiovisual troubleshooting and user support.

  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities, tracking administrative actions, and supporting internal coordination across programs.

  • Reviewing grant and contract deliverables for completeness, formatting, tracking, and compliance with established procedures.

  • Helping generate programmatic, operational, and financial reports using agency systems and reporting tools.

  • Providing training and technical assistance to staff on information systems, records procedures, and administrative processes.

  • Supporting process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies, recommending solutions, and helping implement best practices.

  • Delivering strong customer service to agency personnel and stakeholders while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
