Job Description

We are looking for a Manager Quotations to join our Rexel USA team in Phoenix, AZ!

Summary:
The Manager Quotations is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies as well as leading the Quotations team to achieve established sales goals. Responsible for developing and growing relationships with customers and vendors to secure pricing positions for bids and assuring quality and accuracy of proposals.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Quotations team towards achieving the sales, customer development, product mix and Gross Profit goals identified in the business planning process
• Develop and implement the sales strategy for assigned area of focus. Strategy should accommodate District, Division, and Regional goals
• Interface with customers purchasing, program management, planning, and technical functions to identify the customers needs and develop new-client relationships
• Hire, train and develop Quotations team to achieve highest level of sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Ensure Quotations personnel have the base level of product or technical expertise to successfully execute the sales strategy through implementation of local training programs with internal sources, vendors and suppliers or outside schools or training programs
• Meet with key clients and assist sales representatives with maintaining relationships, negotiating, and closing deals
• Create and utilize market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, discounts rates, recommend vendor partners, sales forecasting and evaluates the companys competition to ensure a competitive advantage
• Liaison between sales and other departments to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction
• Educate sales personnel and customers about new and existing product offerings
• Analyze and control Travel and Expense (T&E) expenditures to meet budgeted expectations
• Deliver sales presentations with sales representatives and help coordinate customer training. Represent company at trade association meetings to promote company and products
• Track and measure the success of promotional programs and product launches against sales objectives. Prepare sales reports to show volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Analyze sales to formulate strategy with Quotations team and vendors
• Other duties as assigned
