Entry Level Assembler
Legacy Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Newbury, OH to hire Entry-Level Assemblers. This is a full-timeopportunity (hiring all shifts) with a pay of up to $17/hour based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on assembling high-quality drinking water and softener products in a clean, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble drinking water and softener products according to specifications and work instructions
- Learn product components and develop assembly skills to meet daily production goals
- Test finished products for quality and compliance
- Follow proper packaging procedures
- Cross-train on multiple product lines
- Scan work orders and track production completion
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate with supervisors regarding materials, inventory, or process questions
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to use hand tools and work with small parts
- Basic computer and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and maneuver up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and working in varying conditions
