Mechanical Design Engineer
Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.

- Lead the design and development of complex mechanical components and assemblies
- Provide technical expertise across sensor, electronic, electromechanical, and optical systems
- Develop detailed CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation
- Support production and manufacturing teams with design for manufacturability
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices
- Apply advanced engineering analysis and problem-solving techniques
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of mechanical design experience
- Proficiency in Siemens NX
- High expertise in at least one additional CAD platform: SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo, NX (preferred)
- Proven experience designing for complex systems and applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong experience with GD&T
- Experience supporting production lines and design for manufacturability
- Experience with shock, vibration, and stress analysis
- Ability to adapt across different CAD tools and design environments
- Minimum 10 years of mechanical design experience

Bachelors Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
