JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Explain what the scope of the work/project is? Project Overview, deliverables (what is this person responsible for).
This role supports the On Site Solar program and is an operational, high volume application processing position. The contractor works primarily in the Salesforce portal, managing and processing customer solar interconnection applications.
Key responsibilities include:
Running Salesforce reports
Processing and moving applications through defined workflow stages
Responding to installer questions within the portal (Chatter comments)
Assisting with process improvement and efficiency opportunities
Supporting both Colorado and Minnesota operating companies through cross training
2. What does a typical day look like?
Working primarily in the Salesforce portal
Running reports and distributing work assignments
Processing applications from one stage to the next
Responding to installer questions via portal comments
Collaborating with senior team members on assignments
Attending limited meetings (goal is minimizing meetings to allow focus time)
Occasionally meeting with high volume installers (e.g., bi monthly working sessions)
Rare communication directly with customers

Salesforce or CRM experience (high volume processing)
Experience working in shared queues
Microsoft Office proficiency
Comfort with integrated systems (e.g., Salesforce + billing systems)

1. What is the location of the contract assignment (Full time onsite, hybrid percent of time on site/home or, are you open to fully remote)? If the resource is expected to be onsite, can you confirm if the resource can park on property/in the ramp?
Remote with one onsite day per week

Gathers, analyzes, translates and delivers information in clear, concise and meaningful formats based on specific project and/or program requirements and according to established project management standards. Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling, documentation, communication and cost management. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Provides input to project research information. Facilitates collaborative documents and data stores. Helps prepare status reports and presentations. May coordinate the activities of a project sub team and/or project activities to the extent those efforts might affect completion of assigned tasks. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must have strong knowledge of MS Office.
