Work Environment:
- This position is typically performed in a manufacturing environment, which may involve exposure to loud noises, fluctuating temperatures, dust, and physical labor.
- Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines or handle high-volume shipping periods.
- Must be able to work flexible hours depending on company needs.
Job Description:
- Blending:
- Operate blending equipment or blend by hand to mix ingredients according to specified formulas.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings as necessary to ensure consistent product quality.
- Perform routine checks to ensure proper functioning of blending equipment.
- Packaging:
- Accurately tare the scale to the correct bag per the Work traveler.
- Accurately fill bags with product to the weight or amount specified.
- Conduct quality control checks to verify the accuracy of packaging and labeling.
- Sealing:
- Ensure each bag is run through the sealer or stitched smoothly and sealed properly with the lot number clearly imprinted.

Requirements:
Successful candidates will have good attendance, great hand-eye coordination, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, and great dependability.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time, performing tasks on a production line.
- Must be able to bend, lift, and move up to 55 pounds occasionally and stack up to 20 pounds regularly throughout the shift
