Title: Chief Building Engineer
Pay Rate: 35-36/HR on W2
Hours: M-F 8am - 4pm
Location: 12200 N Main St, Jacksonville FL

Multi-use facility, manufacturing facility, offices, warehouse
Team Overview:
Working with a maintenance technician
Resource's typical working day:
Morning meeting to confirm work for the day
Conducts maintenance activities
- Generators
- HVAC
- Compressors
- Cooling towers
- Plumbing
- Lighting
- Faulty doors
- Mechanical issues
Planning next day's maintenance activities for themselves and other tech
Licenses/Certifications:
EPA 608
Must Have Skills:
Maintenance planning skills are a must
Previous maintenance experience is a manufacturing facility
Ability to adhere and thrive in rigorous safety policies
Nice to have skills:
Commercial HVAC experience highly preferred. Basic plumbing and electric aptitude
Boiler experience
Soft Skills:
High level of professionalism
Ability to brief maintenance priorities to the client in hiring manager's absence
Excellent customer service
Years of Experience:
10+ years
Education
h.s. diploma or GED
Software skills:
Microsoft office
Interview Process:
1 round virtual (Teams)

As a Chief Building Engineer, you will perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.
