Preconstruction & Project Manager

About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support pre-construction activities and project delivery operations for commercial build-out and implementation projects across the US. This role is crucial in developing project pricing, coordinating subcontractor/vendor packages, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project estimates, budgets, and pricing proposals
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to secure pricing and cost certainty
• Review subcontractor and material packages
• Assist with proposal development and project pricing strategy
• Support procurement and preconstruction planning activities
• Collaborate with commercial and operational leadership on project opportunities
• Assist in developing accurate project timelines and delivery expectations
• Support active project delivery and build-out activities
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams during project execution
• Assist with field/site visits as needed
• Manage project documentation, drawings, and communication updates
• Provide operational and project coordination support throughout project lifecycles
• Support project managers and site managers during project execution phases
• Participate in client-facing discussions and project coordination activities
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with commercial, estimating, and operations teams across the business
• Support sales and opportunity discussions from a project delivery perspective

Qualifications

• Experience within commercial construction, project delivery, preconstruction, or estimating environments
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and project execution
• Experience with estimating, pricing, budgeting, or subcontractor/vendor coordination
• Practical construction mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Comfortable operating in both office and field/project environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel across the US based on project requirements
