About The Role

Join our dynamic IT Development team as a Global Systems Analyst, where you'll bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Your work will ensure that enterprise systems effectively support global business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, workflows, and system needs
  • Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
  • Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and cross-functional working sessions
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and vendors to design scalable solutions
  • Support system configurations, enhancements, and integrations across platforms
  • Evaluate system impacts for new requirements and changes
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards
  • Analyze current systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies and gaps
  • Recommend and support enhancements to improve performance, data accuracy, and user experience
  • Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and execute test cases and scenarios
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and validation
  • Assist with system deployments, documentation, and end-user enablement
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and ongoing optimization
  • Act as a liaison between business, IT, and external partners
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation (process flows, system specs, etc.)
  • Communicate updates, risks, and dependencies effectively across teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 37 years of experience in a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
  • Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements and analyzing business processes
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (administration and/or configuration)
  • Experience working with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, or data platforms)
  • Experience with system integrations and data flows, including:
    • Data movement across systems (upstream/downstream)
    • Source-to-target mapping and data dependencies
    • Understanding of APIs and integration impacts
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments (Jira, user stories, backlogs)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Business Analyst, Platform Administrator, App Builder) preferred
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred
  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms preferred
  • Knowledge of data governance, compliance, or regulated industries preferred
  • Experience within the Life Sciences industry preferred
