Project Coordinator

Overview This role supports an On Site Solar program and focuses on high volume application processing and operational support. The position works primarily within a CRM platform to manage, track, and advance customer solar interconnection applications through defined workflows. The role is detail oriented, process driven, and highly collaborative, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

• Process and manage a high volume of solar interconnection applications within a CRM platform
• Run reports, distribute work assignments, and track application status
• Move applications through defined workflow stages accurately and efficiently
• Respond to installer questions and requests within the system portal
• Collaborate with senior team members on complex or escalated items
• Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives
• Cross train to support multiple operating regions
• Maintain accurate documentation and data integrity across systems
• Assist with project coordination activities, including documentation, reporting, and status updates
• Help prepare status reports, presentations, and collaborative documents
• Participate in limited meetings to support collaboration while maintaining focus time

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in Salesforce or a similar CRM environment with high volume processing
• Experience managing work in shared queues
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Comfort working across integrated systems (e.g., CRM plus billing or operational platforms)
• Ability to perform repetitive, detail oriented work with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
• Customer centric mindset with a collaborative, team oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer operations, customer success, or application processing roles
• Exposure to the solar or renewable energy industry
• IT or systems oriented background
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems
• Bachelor s degree (preferred but not required)
