Job Responsibilities- Generate and maintain CNC programs using NX-CAM or similar software for multi-axis milling, turning, grinding, and EDM.
- Program 3, 4, or 5-axis machines including VMC, VBM, VTL, HBM, HMC, EDM (wire, sinker, fast hole).
- Work with Okuma, Haas, Siemens, and Fanuc controls.
- Verify new CNC programs using Vericut before shop floor release.
- Support M.E. with CNC-related tasks and train operators, programmers, and MEs as needed.
- Provide daily operator support in CNC programming and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CNC programming and multi-axis machine operations.
- Experience with high-level machine tool controls, including sub-routine and macro programming.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in geometry and trigonometry.
- Experience machining high-temperature superalloys for HDGT or Aerospace components.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization.
