We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team for a 6-month duration, specializing in the assembly of mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and sheet metal enclosures. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with complex assembly prints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Experience with the IPC-610 standard and circuit board assembly using SMT machines.
- Knowledge of electronic components placement and polarity.
- Ability to read schematics and drawings.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and soft skills.
- Prior work experience in the industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Experience with Siemens or ASM machines, Ekra pastes print, AOI.
- SMT machine experience.
- Familiarity with ESD practices.
- Assemble drawers, chassis, enclosures, and racks using assembly prints and wiring diagrams.
- Perform hand soldering, wire harnessing, and cabling on assembly units.
- Conduct routine go/no-go tests of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
- Set up test devices using hand tools or automatic test methods and document test results.
- Perform repair work as necessary and maintain logs and records of malfunctions.
