Role: Customer Service Associate
Locations: Aliso Viejo, California (100% Onsite) Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Type: Contract
Rate: $19/Hr on W2

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required
• Minimum 2+ years of customer service, order entry, or order management experience
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a customer-service-oriented mindset
• Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed
