Lead Project Manager Infrastructure & Data
Pay rate is $75 to $82 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives across infrastructure, data, and enterprise systems. This role sits within the Project and Portfolio Management organization and is responsible for delivering strategic initiatives that align with business and IT objectives while ensuring high-quality execution, strong governance, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex IT and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives.
- Partner closely with Data Lake, data warehouse, and integration teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of data for testing and downstream consumption.
- Develop and maintain detailed, dependency-driven project plans across multiple teams, ensuring visibility into milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Drive execution across cross-functional teams by prioritizing work, managing competing deadlines, and ensuring accountability for commitments.
- Identify, track, and proactively mitigate risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies before they impact scope, cost, or timelines.
- Establish strong governance, reporting cadences, and stakeholder communication routines, including executive-level updates and meeting facilitation.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, forecasts, and contracting processes, including coordination of vendor selection and performance oversight.
- Coach and support other project managers and delivery leads while fostering continuous improvement, operational discipline, and delivery excellence.
