Skill: Forms Technical Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Legacy forms extraction (mainframe structured JSON).
• Data transformation & mapping (schema design, validation).
• Java-based integration services (APIs, business logic).
• Template-driven data population for forms engines (e.g., Quadient).
• Understanding of document/form lifecycle (generation, rendering).
• Batch + real-time processing patterns.
• Cloud-native deployment (Azure, AKS, CI/CD)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead forms modernization from legacy to Quadient platform.
• Own extraction transformation integration pipeline.
• Design Java services to populate and orchestrate form data.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and template alignment.
• Coordinate with downstream forms team (JSON contract alignment).
• Handle performance, scalability, and error handling in pipelines.
• Guide team, review mappings/code, and drive delivery.
