Project Analyst
As the Project Analyst, under direct supervision of the Program Manager, you will be responsible for completing work with a limited degree of supervision, that includes providing project management support, and assistance in all aspects of projects analysis and delivery.
You will be likely to act as an informal resource for associates with less experience, and will be asked to provide solutions to atypical problems based on proven practices or procedures

- 2 3 years of related experience
- Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with Agile environments
- JIRA knowledge
- Responsible for utilizing specialized skills acquired by a considerable amount of on the job experience.
- The project analyst will be a key member of the TMO (Town Management Office) focusing on Resource Management, Vendor Management and Contract Sourcing.
- This position will work closely with our Vendors and Sourcing partners to perform these functions while providing oversight of vendor processes.
- This Analyst must possess the capabilities to forge strong partnerships across business lines and deliver results through collaboration with others.
- Responsible to work daily queues related to intake process into TMO ensuring a seamless process and requests are responded to in a timely manner, work with Neighborhood Leads and Experience Owners to obtain appropriate updates and change request for any revisions needed and ensure all Town Resources are kept current in the Agile Resource Data Mart (ARDM) application.
- Responsible for performing ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Stakeholder collaboration is another responsibility of the incumbent, which includes facilitating communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
- Responsible for documentation and record keeping including organizing and managing project files and records for easy access and reference.
- Project coordination and support, which entails supporting project managers in tracking project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
