Introduction

This position will coordinate efforts to provide application and production support around customer relationship analysis. The role involves driving design, development, testing, and deployment for key customer relationship efforts. The candidate will need to interface with multiple teams across the enterprise for successful completion of work efforts, including architecture, data management, business development, compliance, and infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of database design.
• Hands-on experience in ETL Tools.
• Extensive experience in UNIX shell scripting, complex SQL queries, and performance tuning queries.
• Experience with Autosys scheduler.
• Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Working/applied knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, Python, Pyspark, and Teradata.
• Good communication skills.
• Quick learner, able to learn new technical skills and apply them to real-life projects and production support efforts.
• Experienced in root cause analysis to quickly determine issues and resolutions.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.
• Must be a team player in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and system architecture for individual support/small work efforts.
• Serve as a fully seasoned technical resource.
• Interface with multiple teams across the enterprise for successful completion of work efforts.
