Kohler Co. seeks Managers Continuous Improvement for its Sheridan, AR location to drive Continuous Improvement in the Site, Lean Manufacturing principles aligned with KOS, the (Kohler Operating System). Set direction for short- and long-term Continuous Improvement plan for the site. Lead activities to resolve problems and continuously improve production flow with a focus on True North. Train and mentor CI Team and Site Leadership to institutionalize Lean Manufacturing capabilities, demonstrated by hands-on and coached application of robust process improvement methods. Own the development, and achievement of Sites Continuous Improvement Roadmaps, and champion the activities to progress maturity in the 7 elements of KOS, Operating Culture, Safety, Environment, Quality, Production Flow, Materials Management and Asset Reliability. $99,300-$152,900/yr.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in an Industrial Engineer-related occupation.
