Software Engineer
Develop new and existing technologies and software solutions using front-end and/or back-end skillsets.Providetechnical guidance in collaboration with software developers and customer throughout the products development.
Responsibilities:- Develop web-based applications that will serve content to thousands of users across the Department of Defense (DoD) using the Palantir platform.
- Develop software designs using best practices and object-oriented methodologies.Software will be developed using an agile-scrum development style, in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary team including designers, architects, and systems engineers.
- Perform mid-level development, test, analysis, and validation of software.
- Collaborate with your team and other business units to provide software solutions, following best practices ensuring a high-quality standard.
- Familiar with good configuration management practices and willbe responsible forproper code maintenance, merging, and configuration management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science or software engineeringrequired.Additionalexperience may substitute for degree.
- 2-7years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Agile Scrum developmentmethodologyand associated tools.
- Experience developing software in C#.
- Experience debugging code.
- Experience with Agile development.
- Experience in Palantir development, certification desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Communication skills to interface with government and contractors torepresenttechnical and programmatic positions.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to obtain andmaintaina DoD security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship isrequired.
