" Bachelor s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
" 5+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications in hosted production environments
" 5+ years of professional, design, and open-source experience
" Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
" 5+ years of experience with ReactJS, AngularJS/Angular
" Experience with Azure Cloud
" Exposure to cloud-based deployments, CI/CD deployment pipeline

" Airline industry experience, including business processes and supporting technology

The ideal candidate is hands-on, delivery-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment. Experience with airline domain systems such as Sabre, PSS, or FOS is highly preferred. The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and the ability to support production-critical applications with high operational standards. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, API development, cloud deployments, observability, and modern engineering practices is expected.

The resource will join a high-performing engineering team responsible for developing and supporting critical Crew Technology applications and services. They will contribute to feature development, modernization initiatives, production support, and deployment activities while partnering closely with senior engineers and product stakeholders. The role requires active participation in Agile ceremonies, technical design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to help drive scalable and resilient solutions.
