IT Software Engineer 3 Senior

Fully remote or hybrid in Cedar Rapids office (3 days a week)
Possibility for an extension or contract to hire
Core skills needed:
" Leading an Agile team
o Daily direction for developers
o Coordinate with shared service teams to manage dependencies
o Partner with scrum master and POs to set story points, define solutions, raise issues and deliver on time
" Technical skills -
o AWS services - file services (Lambda, S3, step function), Glue Jobs, RDS, EC2 hosting, infrastructure, PySpark (mainly to QA glue jobs)
Nice to-have skills:
" Technical skills - CICD - understanding of get, web hooks, how version control tools work with CICD tools
" Release management
" Business stakeholder management
