Overview:
Support daily front desk and office operations in a professional office environment. Responsible for receptionist duties, visitor management, administrative support, and ensuring smooth office operations.Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to emails and provide timely communication support.
- Greet and assist guests, visitors, and clients upon arrival.
- Manage and maintain conference room schedules and reservations.
- Coordinate and order food/catering for meetings and office events.
- Ensure office security by checking in visitors and maintaining visitor logs.
- Perform light administrative tasks including invoice entry and documentation support.
- Assist with Microsoft Excel tasks and general MS Office activities.
- Maintain a professional and organized front desk environment.
- Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Operate office and technical equipment as needed.
- Lift and move materials/items up to 50 pounds when required.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum 3 years of related business experience preferred.
- Strong preference for administrative, receptionist, switchboard, or legal office experience.
- Associate or Bachelor s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong phone and email etiquette.
- Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
