Role Overview

• Power Platform Developer focused onautomation and security
• Must be able towork onsite 5 days per week

• Advanced experience with:
  • Power Apps (high priority)
  • Microsoft Power Platform (end-to-end understanding)
• Ability to build scalable solutions leveraging platform capabilities

• Proven experience implementingautomation solutions
• Hands-on work with workflow/process automation (Power Automate preferred)

• 23+ years of experience withDataverse
• Strong understanding of how applications connect to and use adata layer
• Experience designing data models for Power Platform solutions

• Experience with:
  • API integrations
  • Connecting applications to backend systems
• Strong focus ondatabase integrations(high priority)

• Some level ofcoding experiencerequired
  • Low-code + pro-code exposure preferred
• Ability to extend Power Platform solutions with custom logic

• Experience working insecure environments
• Understanding of security considerations within Power Platform and enterprise applications

• Targeting58 years of overall experience
• Candidates should have practical, hands-on experience (not just exposure)
• Power Platform itself is not overly complex, so emphasis is on:
  • Depth of usage
  • Real-world application delivery

• Strongcommunication skills(not consistently seen in interviews)
• Ability to clearly explain technical decisions and solutions

• Well-rounded developer with:
  • StrongPower Platform expertise
  • Soliddata and integration experience
  • Background inlow-code + traditional development
• Comfortable working across:
  • Application layer
  • Data layer
