Key Responsibilities
Architecting Agentic Systems: Design and build autonomous AI agents that can operate with minimal human oversight.
System Integration: Integrate LLMs with external tools, databases, and enterprise software (APIs) to execute actions.
Reasoning
Planning: Develop workflows that enable agents to break down complex goals into actionable steps.
Performance Optimization: Monitor, benchmark, and improve agent reliability, accuracy, and latency.
Safety
Governance: Implement guardrails to ensure AI agents operate within ethical, legal, and safety parameters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen).
AI/ML Expertise: Solid understanding of Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.
Software Engineering: Experience in backend services, API development, and CI/CD.
Background: Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, AI, or related field, often requiring 2 6+ years of experience in ML or AI development.
