Full Stack Engineer

We are currently sourcing for a Full Stack Engineer to work in Westlake, TX!

Expertise and Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
• 610 years of proven success designing technical solutions and hands-on development experience using Java
• Strong back-end application development expertise, with extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Security
• Experience with CockroachDB is a plus
• Hands-on experience designing and building APIs, including integration with API Gateways
• Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies and best practices (highly preferred)
• Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, unit, functional and integration testing, test automation, debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise-grade systems on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience building container-based systems, with hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and managed orchestration platforms such as EKS
• Proven ability to design systems using modern distributed architecture patterns
• Demonstrated critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and architecture teams
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Familiarity with the following tools and technologies is a plus: Git, Maven, Jenkins, Jira
• Proven experience developing microservices-based architectures using RESTful APIs
