This role will focus on process improvement, operational efficiency, value stream mapping, Lean methodology, and data-driven transformation across the clients P&C business operations.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Process Engineer or Business Process Analyst with deep P&C insurance process knowledge, strong Lean methodology experience, and the ability to use data and structured thinking to solve complex operational problems. This person should be comfortable working onsite, facilitating sessions, partnering with business leaders, and driving measurable process improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Lean tools and methodology
- Minimum 5 years of P&C process knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of data and analytics experience
- Minimum 5 years of Business Process Management experience
- Prior client P&C experience strongly preferred/required
- Experience with process mapping, value stream mapping, and current/future state design
- Strong understanding of process engineering principles
- Experience identifying process gaps, redundancies, hand-offs, and non-value-added activities
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex process data
- Experience using statistical methods to identify and validate improvement opportunities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Ability to advocate for change in existing business practices
