Hardware Engineer

Job Title: Hardware Engineer

Location: Longmont, CO (100% Onsite)
Duration: 1+ Year Contract
Experience: 710+ Years

Core Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and debug PCB-level circuits (not PCB layout)
• Perform hands-on lab testing, verification, and characterization
• Develop test methods and support transition from testing design
• Work on new product development and enhancements
• Use lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DVMs) for analysis and troubleshooting

Key Requirements:

• Strong digital and analog circuit design fundamentals
• High-speed signal testing (e.g., PCIe, eye diagrams, probing)
• Experience with power subsystem design (buck/boost regulators)
• Hands-on PCB-level testing and debugging experience
• Ability to analyze complex hardware issues and develop solutions

Preferred Skills:

• Test automation (Python, equipment control)
• Experience in SSD, communications, or similar EE domains
• Familiarity with PCIe (nice to have)

Education:

• BSEE required; MSEE preferred
