We are seeking a highly responsive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced executive office environment. This role primarily supports C-suite executives and ensures seamless day-to-day technology operations across a small but dynamic user base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting

  • Deliver audio/video support for meetings, presentations, and conferencing systems

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Wi-Fi connectivity and network access

  • Support and maintain printers and other office hardware

  • Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive

  • Manage and track support requests using Jira, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation

  • Provide white-glove support to C-suite executives, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion

  • Support a core group of approximately 10 users, with scalability to handle up to 3040 users during peak or visitor-heavy periods

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT support, preferably in an executive or high-touch environment

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common business applications

  • Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems

  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including Wi-Fi troubleshooting

  • Experience supporting AV equipment and conferencing tools

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership

  • Familiarity with small office infrastructure and hybrid work environments
