POSITION SUMMARY:
*** is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Engineer (Temporary) to support cross-functional product development and engineering initiatives.
This role will assist in managing technical projects from concept through production, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and cost targets are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support engineering projects across product development lifecycle (concept, design, validation, production).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Packaging, Quality, Sourcing, and Manufacturing.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
Assist in technical documentation, specifications, and BOM management.
Review engineering drawings, prototypes, and test results.
Support risk assessments, DFMEA/PFMEA, and validation testing.
Monitor cost targets and assist in cost-reduction initiatives.
Participate in supplier communications and factory follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
1 3 years of relevant engineering or project experience (internships/co-ops considered). Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PLM systems a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED:
Experience in Project Management Experience in consumer products, toys, packaging, or manufacturing.
Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, etc.). Understanding of product testing and validation processes.
Exposure to overseas manufacturing environments.
