What you will be doing:
Responsible for ensuring accuracy, integrity, and traceability of CATIA CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation within PLM systems. Supports engineering, manufacturing, and build teams by maintaining high-quality design data and revision control.
What you'll need to be successful (must haves):
Review CATIA CAD models for accuracy, orientation, standards, and completeness
Perform clash/interference checks at part, subsystem, and vehicle level
Update CATIA CAD models and 2D drawings based on engineering changes
Maintain revision control and configuration alignment with BOM and releases
Manage document uploads, metadata, and workflows in PLM/ERP systems
Ensure drawings meet GD&T and industry standards
Support cross-functional teams with model updates and document access

Essentials:
- Bachelor Degree preferred or 8 years of working experience.
- Required 5+ years of experience with CATIA CAD, document control, or mechanical design
- Strong understanding of Catia 3D modeling, GD&T, and drawing standards
- Experience with PLM/ERP systems and revision control
- Ability to perform packaging and interference analysis
- Strong attention to detail and organization
