Machine Operator II

Job Responsibilities- Perform equipment setup, clean-ups, packaging, filling, labeling, maintenance, and other operational duties.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by maintaining cleanliness of production areas.
- Inspect incoming materials and finished goods, report non-conformances, and make minor corrections as needed.
- Operate multiple machines including fillers, cappers, robots, and casing equipment.
- Conduct line inspections and perform quality checks, completing all required documentation accurately.
- Adhere to all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
- Monitor computer terminals and client screens efficiently.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Production Operator.
- Good math and communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Valid forklift license with the ability to operate safely and efficiently.
- Ability to work a 10 hour shift with overtime, including unpaid lunch.
- Experience with operator control panels and automated casing equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude to sequence equipment for proper start-up and shutdown.
- Ability to identify line problems and employ corrective actions.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
