Solution Architect Oracle Fusion HCM + Databricks

Our client is modernizing its Human Capital Management (HCM) technology landscape, including Oracle Cloud HCM and a new enterprise data integration platform. We are looking for an experienced HCM Solution Architect to help define and guide the technical strategy in partnership with our architecture team. In this role, youll shape the future of our HCM ecosystem and collaborate closely with product, cloud, security, and development teams to deliver scalable, modern solutions.
What Youll Do
Partner with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to understand business needs and design modern HCM and data integration solutions.
Contribute to the architecture of a hybrid Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Azure based data integration platform.
Plan and advise on advanced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud configurations and integrations.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and cloud best practices.
Produce architecture documentation and participate in technical review boards.
Guide development teams in adopting new integration patterns and platforms.
Support high severity production issues with expert troubleshooting as needed.
Required Experience
Deep expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including multiple areas such as configurations, role-based security, HDL, OTBI/BIP, HCM Extract, Payroll Flows, or Fast Formulas.
Hands on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle ATP/ADW, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Strong background in PL/SQL, REST APIs, ETL concepts, event driven architectures, CI/CD, and version control.
Preferred Experience
Azure cloud services (certifications a plus)
Databricks, Kafka, Informatica IDMC, or similar data platforms
IaC, scripting, and test automation
