Network Engineer Mid-Level

Network Engineer position open in Greenville for an experienced Network professional with 3+ years of IT experience in an enterprise Cisco environment. CCNA or Network+ certifications highly preferred.

In this position, you will work with an IT team of 14 people that manage an enterprise LAN/WAN for thousands of people. Your position will work on a 3-person networking team to keep networkinfrastructure running and secure. You will enjoy a pension program and state-level benefits that make for a stable lifestyle. Requirements:

• Design, installation, and configuration of LAN/WAN, wired/wireless, cameras and voice networks.
• Troubleshooting of Cisco networking and Cisco Unified Call Manager. Router and Switch expertise.
• Monitor and implement security protocols and procedures. Train user base on security.
• SEIM tools experience preferred. Knowledge of Phishing and general security practices.
• Schedule preventative maintenance for systems for health and security. Patching.
• Work with systems vendors.
