Title: AEM Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead
Location: Minneapolis / Texas (Hybrid)
Position Type: FTE
Salary Range: $120K (Including QPLC)
Required Skills

• 10 12+ years of enterprise IT experience.
• 5 6+ years focused on AEM architecture and implementation.
• Experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.
• Knowledge of Search technologies like Solr and Lucidworks.
• Experience with MuleSoft and Salesforce integrations.
• Familiarity with Headless AEM.
• Git and Cloud Manager deployment experience.

Certifications

• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) AEM Architect preferred.

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder communication.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Mentorship and team leadership experience.
