Technical Project Lead Dev Lead
- Lead cross-functional development teams in delivering Power Platform solutions aligned with business objectives and timelines
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and sprint execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira for tracking
- Bring new concepts, governance frameworks, and white papers to the Community of Practice and Technical Council
- Drive monthly Cloud and AI topics and discussions to promote technology enablement and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with Cloud FinOps and Operational Excellence teams on compliance dashboards, governance frameworks, and reporting
- Manage project intake processes, prioritization decisions, and stakeholder communication throughout the development lifecycle
- Provide technical mentorship and conduct code reviews to ensure development quality and team skill advancement
- Facilitate integration between Power Platform solutions and enterprise systems including project management and financial tools
- Monitor project health metrics, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
- Champion best practices for data handling, security compliance, and application portfolio management across all deliverables
Technical Skills Required:
- Data Modeling & Architecture: Hierarchical data structures, dimensional modeling, master data management (MDM)
- Database Technologies: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Amazon RDS; experience with data warehousing
- PowerBI: Advanced DAX, data modeling, calculated columns/measures, row-level security
- Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse
- Programming: Python or C# for data transformation and ETL processes
- AWS Cloud Services: AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, Amazon S3, AWS Step Functions, Amazon RDS
- API Development: RESTful APIs, OData, integration patterns
- Data Governance: Data quality frameworks, validation rules, audit logging
