Skip to main content - 2-4 years of experience in ground-up construction working for a General Contractor or Engineering firm
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Solid understanding of ground-up construction processes and building systems
- Experience with residential or commercial projects
- Working knowledge of structural systems, facades, and interior construction
- Proficiency in CAD programs (AutoCAD, Revit, Blue Beam) for markups and coordination
- Exposure to BIM coordination
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn NYC codes, regulations, and DOB proc
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset
