Job Title: Salesforce Solution Analyst (Sales
Service Cloud)
Role Overview
The Salesforce Solution Analyst will partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements to drive operational efficiency in sales and service departments. They will configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions, ensuring high quality delivery, user adoption, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
a
Requirements Gathering
Analysis: Collaborate with sales and service teams to define business processes, identify gaps, and document functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
a
Solution Design
Configuration: Design and implement solutions using Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Process Builder) to automate workflows.
a
Sales Cloud Focus: Drive optimization of lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.
a
Service Cloud Focus: Support case management, omnichannel routing, knowledge base, and service level agreements (SLAs).
a
Documentation
Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, process maps, data models, and user guides. Train end users to ensure effective adoption.
a
Testing
Deployment: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), perform data validation, and assist in deployment activities.
a
Support
Maintenance: Provide post implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and monitor system performance.
Required Skills and Experience
a
Experience: 3a 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant.
a
Cloud Expertise: Proven expertise in both Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
a
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data models, and platform capabilities/limitations.
a
Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing backlogs.
a
Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical teams and non technical business users.
a
Education: Bachelora s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
a
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Certified Service/Sales Cloud Consultant.
a
Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Analytics.
a
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git) and data migration.
