Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for assisting with the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks while ensuring all areas remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility
• Inspect equipment and systems to identify maintenance needs
• Troubleshoot minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility concerns
• Assist with preventive maintenance procedures and safety checks
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company standards
• Support general facility operations as needed
