Essential Duties and Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Ownership:
Drive product vision and strategyin partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and business goals.
Oversee execution across all phasesideation, planning, development, testing, launch, and iterationensuring milestones aremetand quality standards upheld.
Cross-Functional Leadership:Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment andtimelydelivery.
Facilitate regular syncs and working sessionswith product, engineering, design, marketing, and operations tomaintainalignment and momentum.
Resolve cross-team dependencies and conflicts, enabling smooth collaboration andtimelydecision-making.
Program Planning & Execution:Develop and manage detailed plans to guide program success.
Create andmaintainproject timelines, roadmaps, and resource plans, adapting as needed to changing priorities.
Monitor progress and performance metrics, proactivelyidentifyingrisksandimplementingmitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication:Ensure transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization.
Provide clear, concise updatesthrough dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored to different audiences.
Act as thesingle sourceof truthfor program status, escalatingissuesand decisions when necessary.
Process Optimization:Continuously improve workflows and execution efficiency.
Analyze existing processestoidentifybottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Implement scalable solutions and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Launch Readiness:Coordinate all aspects of go-to-market execution and post-launch support.
Lead cross-functional launch planning, ensuring readiness across marketing, sales, support, and operations.
Establish post-launch monitoring and feedback loops, enabling rapid iteration and issue resolution.
