Team Member

Sbarro is looking for motivated and friendly Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team! As a Team Member, youll help prepare fresh pizza and Italian favorites, deliver great customer service, and keep the restaurant running smoothly. If you enjoy working in a team environment and take pride in great food and service, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
• Prepare pizzas, pasta, and other menu items according to Sbarro standards
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet company expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep areas, and dining space
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with stocking ingredients, supplies, and inventory as needed
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy periods
• Support opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned

Requirements

• No experience required training provided
• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 2550 lbs as needed
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
