CNC Controls Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Write and maintain code in C/C++, VB.NET and many IEC (phone number removed) PLC languages especially SCL (Siemens version of ST).
• Use TIA Portal development environment.
• Development of Siemens Sinumerik One/840D PLC software
• Target code to run on Siemens Operate platforms.
• Manage source-controlled code (Git or Siemens VCI).
• Utilize OPC-UA on various applications.
• Work with Compile Cycles and the creation of custom Compile Cycles (Run MyCC / Run MyCCI).
• Use Create MyConfig (CMC) to manage project components.
• HMI development via Easy XML, Display Manger, Sidescreens, and/or WinCC.
