Job Title: Assembler
Location: Tempe, AZ 85281
Duration: 12 + Months (Possible for extension)
Salary Range: $18 $19.50/hr on W2 (All Inclusive)
Work Shift: 9/80 Hours [ Monday - Friday] 1st Shift 5:00am-2:30pm
Mandatory Scheduled Friday and Saturday as needed.

Job Description:

• Good hand/eye coordination manual dexterity is required as will be working with glass products
• Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions
• Ability to clearly read, write, and understand English (required)
• Close attention to detail and quality
• Good communication skills
• Teamwork oriented
• Ability to work with little or no supervision if required
• Ability to make quality decisions quickly
• Patience

Basic Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microscope experience
• Sodering experience
• Experience handing small products/microchips
• Working knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical measuring equipment and quality control terminology (preferred)
• Related manufacturing work experience (including soldering and high-volume production) Soldering certification preferred
