PROJECT ENGINEER
WORK LOCATION: IRVINE, CA

Qualifications:

Key responsibilities:

Construction observation verify materials and equipment are handled, stored, and installed properly
Review non-conforming work and recommend corrective action with the district's inspector
Constructability reviews using Bluebeam and BIM clash detection (REVIT or similar)
Manage submittal procedures: shop drawings, RFIs, samples, product data, change orders
Coordinate DSA Form 152 (Project Inspection Cards) and DSA Form 103 (Special Inspections)
Coordinate with architect, engineers of record, and District's inspector
Full-time dedication during Construction Phase
