Maintenance AssociateDescription:
Pay Rate: $19/HR
Shift hours are 8 hours per day, overtime as needed, anywhere from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, weekends as needed.
Local or non-local candidates are accepted.
Skills with power and hand tools, computer skills, blueprint reading.
No minimum years.
Interviews: In person, teams interview, possibly facetime.
Training- NEST, SIPP

The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center. * Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.* Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.* Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.* Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.* Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
